Pricing Plan : Paying Guest is Available on single Room as well as on sharing Basis. Monthly Rent Ranges in between Rs. 7500/- to Rs. 45000/- Per month depending upon the location and type of accommodations.
Initial Payments comprises of One month rental Advance and 2 months rental as refundable deposit. Also a Documentation charges of Rs. 5000/- one time is charged extra per head.
Amenities : Paying Guest apartments are fully furnished having single beds, wardrobe, study table, AC and TV in rooms. Kitchen has Cooking facility, Water purifier all utensils cutlery and refrigerator. Living room have Dining and sofa setup. Daily Housekeeping is generally inclusive and rest all variable day to day expenses are charged to guest on actuals.
